FOR A RESTROOM AND CONCESSION STAND FACILITY AT THE HORSE COUNCIL ARENA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to design and construct a restroom and concession stand facility at the horse council arena in Eddy county.
