FOR A WELL IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE CARLSBAD CEMETERY IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct and install a well irrigation system for the Carlsbad cemetery in Eddy county.
