FOR WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS AT AGUA FRIA PARK IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred five thousand dollars ($405,000) for improvements, including planning, designing, engineering and constructing a new water line, at Agua Fria park in Santa Fe county.
