FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COBRE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER IN THE COBRE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

four hundred ten thousand dollars ($410,000) to improve, equip and furnish the library media center at Cobre high school in the Cobre consolidated school district in Grant county.
