46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Manuel G. Herrera

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($385,000) to purchase and install a pipeline for the water system in Bayard in Grant county;

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to construct phase 2 of the effluent reuse project in Bayard in Grant county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate a building for the city hall in Bayard in Grant county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a storage building for the Bayard maintenance department in Grant county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to replace the computer system for Bayard in Grant county.
