FOR CONTINUATION OF AN ENGINEERING ANALYSIS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN THE TOWN OF COCHITI LAKE IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to continue the engineering analysis and to construct a wastewater system in the town of Cochiti Lake in Sandoval county.
