SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE BILL 934

Amendment sponsored by Senator Pete Campos

1. On page 1, line 14, after "DUTY" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 6, lines 18 and 19, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new Section 2 to read:

"Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
