1. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "the mayor and two" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

2. On page 1, line 19, after "councilors" insert "and the mayor".

3. On page 2, line 17, after the period insert:

"The public regulation commission shall audit the Albuquerque water and wastewater utility prior to the transfer of money, assets and debts to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo water utility authority.".
