Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 11, line 6, strike "covered offenders" and insert in lieu thereof "a covered offender".

2. On page 11, line 8, strike "at any time" and insert in lieu thereof "immediately upon request of the corrections department so long as the request is made".

3. On page 11, line 12, strike "covered offenders" and insert in lieu thereof "a covered offender".

4. On page 11, line 14, strike "at any time" and insert in lieu thereof "immediately upon request of the corrections department so long as the request is made".

5. On page 11, line 16, strike "covered offenders" and insert in lieu thereof "a covered offender".

6. On page 11, line 18, after "sample" insert "immediately upon request of the corrections department so long as the request is made".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
