has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 7, after the first occurrence of "that" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 8 in its entirety and strike line 9 through "that".

2. On page 2, line 10, strike "of not more than six feet in height".
