AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT TO HIRE TEN FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Bernalillo county metropolitan court for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to provide for ten full-time employees in the court clerk II position. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
