has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS" and insert in lieu thereof ", DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT".

2. On page 1, line 16, strike "Seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five million five hundred thousand dollars ($5,500,000)".

3. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "planning and engineering projects on" and insert in lieu thereof "the planning, design and development of".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
