SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE BILL 734, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Timothy Z. Jennings

1. On page 3, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:

"C. Nothing in this section shall limit the right of landowner or lessee to seek compensation against the department for damages or limit the amount of compensation. The landowner or lessee may demand compensation for those damages.".

2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
