1. On page 2, line 1, after "and" insert "water" and after "utilities" insert "regulated by the public regulation commission".

2. On page 2, line 1, strike "supplying water" and strike line 2 through "person".

3. On page 2, line 11, after "and" insert "water" and after "utilities" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "regulated by the public regulation commission".

4. On page 2, strike line 12 through "person".

5. On page 2, line 16, after "and" insert "water" and after "utilities" insert "regulated by the public regulation commission".

6. On page 2, lines 22 and 23, strike "supplying water to any person,".
