1. On page 2, lines 8 through 11, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

3. On page 2, line 12, after "shall" insert "be construed to affect acequia water rights or".

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
