Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new paragraph:

"(1) the policy or plan discloses in a conspicuous font the type of policy or plan and its associated benefits with a reference to the respective pages where discussed;".

2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

3. On page 3, line 24, strike "fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty thousand dollars ($60,000)".

4. On page 7, lines 17 and 18, strike "fifty thousand dollars ($50,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty thousand dollars ($60,000)".

5. On page 10, line 14, after the period insert a closing bracket.

6. On page 10, lines 15 and 16, remove the closing bracket and line through.

7. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
