AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for the regional educational technology assistance program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
