Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 21, line 4, strike the ending quotation mark and insert between lines 4 and 5 the following new subsection:

"D. If the registered agent changes the street address of the registered agent's business office, the registered agent may change the street address of the registered office of any corporation for which the registered agent is the registered agent by notifying the corporation in writing of the change and signing, either manually or in fascimile, and delivering to the public regulation commission for filing a statement that complies with the requirements of Subsection A of this section and recites that the corporation has been notified of the change."".

2. On page 21, line 25, strike the first "not".

3. On page 32, line 2, strike "duplicate".

4. On page 39, line 12, strike "in".

5. On page 39, line 13, strike "duplicate".

6. On page 89, line 20, strike "affidavit" and insert in lieu thereof "statement".

7. On page 104, lines 23 through 25, remove the bracket and line-through.

8. On page 105, line 1, remove the bracket and line-through.

9. Reletter succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
