MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT THE INCREASED RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT CITIZEN REVIEW BOARDS STATEWIDE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to support the child abuse and neglect citizen review board program statewide, including its responsibilities for victims of child sexual abuse. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
