AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR START-UP FUNDS FOR A SOCIAL WORK PROGRAM.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred one thousand dollars ($101,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 as start-up funds for a social work program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
