MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO MANUFACTURING TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER CLEAN ROOM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to provide for an incremental expansion of the manufacturing engineering special project funding for phase two operations of the manufacturing training and technology center clean room. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
