Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "14" and insert in lieu thereof "13".

2. On page 3, lines 3 through 7, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

4. On page 4, line 8, strike "three hundred dollars ($300)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

5. On page 4, line 8, before "and" insert ", plus an additional seventy-five cents ($.75) for each one thousand dollars ($1,000) of outstanding loans,".

6. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, strike Paragraph (2) in its entirety.

7. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

8. On page 10, line 4, strike "in the language in which the loan was negotiated" and insert in lieu thereof "Spanish".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
