SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 195, as amended

1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendment 2.

2. On page 3, line 20, after "with" insert "the water trust board and with".

3. On page 3, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new paragraph to read:

"(12) provide for the submission of regional water plans to the water trust board for reconciliation of funding mechanisms and sources;".

4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

5. On page 5, line 10, after "commission" insert a comma and "the water trust board".

6. On page 5, line 20, after "commission" insert "and the water trust board".

7. On page 5, line 23, after "commission" insert "and the water trust board".

8. On page 6, line 3, strike "interstate stream commission" and insert in lieu thereof "water trust board".

9. On page 6, line 9, after "adoption" insert "collectively".

10. On page 6, line 9, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a comma and "the water trust board and the office of the state engineer.".
