has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, remove the brackets and line- through and on line 12, strike "(5)".

2. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

3. On page 2, line 15, strike "nine" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
