has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 18, after "provide" insert "consultation and technical assistance".

2. On page 1, line 19, before the period insert "and to further facilitate collaboration between the state department of public education, the department of health and the New Mexico school for the deaf as they implement the goals of the New Mexico task force on education of the deaf and hard of hearing".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
