Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike the second semicolon.

2. On page 1, line 13, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

3. On page 5, line 2, delete the brackets and line through and strike "five hundred dollars ($500)".

4. On page 12, lines 9 through 14, strike Section 5 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

6. On page 12, line 16, strike "2004" and insert in lieu thereof "2006".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
