SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 2

1. On page 2, line 19, strike "and".

2. On page 2, line 24, strike the period, insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 24 and 25 insert:

"(8) to the department of environment, three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for an environmental planning assessment for water, wastewater and air quality for Questa for the Molycorp mine remediation and closure plan.".
