AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A CIVIL DIVISION LAW CLERK IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for a full-time law clerk in the civil division. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
