AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND INDIAN PUEBLO CULTURAL CENTER CULTURAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to fund Indian pueblo cultural center cultural education programs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
