1. On page 2, line 21, strike "creating," and insert in lieu thereof "enhancing electronic reporting capabilities and".

2. On page 2, line 22, before "integrity" insert "security, privacy and".

3. On page 2, line 23, after the period insert "Revenue from such charges shall be transferred to the general fund. The development of electronic reporting capabilities shall be subject to the approval of the information technology commission.".
