has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 1, line 12, strike "AND REPEALING".



2. On page 3, lines 8, 9 and 10, remove the brackets and line-through.

3. On page 3, line 8, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "a".



4. On page 3, line 9, strike "prepared" and insert in lieu thereof "as furnished" and strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or ".

5. On page 6, lines 6 through 10 and 11, remove the brackets and line-through, on line 7, strike "as of the last fiscal year" and after "prepared" insert "within the last two years".



6. On page 8, lines 2 through 10, remove the brackets and line-through and on line 3, after "prepared" insert "within the last two years".



7. On page 8, line 10, after "section" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 11 and 12 and strike line 13 through "obligations".



8. On page 8, line 14, after "service" insert "or an annual report".



9. On page 10, lines 23 through 25, remove the brackets and line-through and on line 25, after "investment" insert "as defined in rules promulgated by the state agency on aging no later than January 31, 2004".



10. On page 15, strike lines 24 and 25 and insert in lieu thereof the following new section to read:



"Section 5. Section 24-17-8 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1985, Chapter 102, Section 8) is amended to read:



"24-17-8. CONSUMER'S GUIDE TO CONTINUING CARE COMMUNITIES.--The office of the attorney general and the state agency on aging [shall] may publish and distribute a consumer's guide to continuing care communities and [shall] may publish an annual directory of communities in New Mexico."".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
