MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT TO PAY AN OUTSTANDING FEDERAL LOAN OF THE LEDOUX MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. One hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to assist the Ledoux mutual domestic water consumers association in paying a loan to the United States department of agriculture. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
