HOUSE BILL 779



has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 2, line 17, strike "The" and insert "Contingent on funding for teacher home loan assistance loans, as determined in the state's, the authority's and the school district's sole discretion,".



2. On page 2, line 21, after "loans" insert "for down payment and closing costs".



3. On page 2, line 25, after "recipient" insert "or termination of teaching with the district before completing the service necessary to obtain complete loan forgiveness".,



and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
