AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REGIONALIZE THE EL RITO WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of environment for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for a preliminary engineering report to regionalize the El Rito water and wastewater systems. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
