1. On page 1, line 11, strike "HIGHLANDS" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY".



2. On page 2, line 10, strike "highlands" and insert in lieu thereof " "New Mexico highlands university".,





and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
