AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE FOR THE COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-two thousand dollars ($122,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for computer software development and implementation for the commodity supplemental food program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
