has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 1, line 14, strike "PROVIDING" and insert in lieu thereof "AUTHORIZING".



2. On page 2, line 25, after "a" insert "board-approved training program that will include examinations on" and after "technique" insert ", jurisprudence and other skills".



3. On page 3, strike line 1 in its entirety and on line 2, strike "any other examination".



4. On page 3, line 9, strike "natural" and insert in lieu thereof "board-approved".



5. On page 3, line 16, strike "an established program for the treatment or" and insert in lieu thereof "a board-approved program that demonstrates experience in disease prevention, harm reduction or the treatment or".



6. On page 4, line 4, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may be required to" and after "fee" insert "pursuant to a rule of the board".



7. On page 4, line 15, after the first occurrence of "medicine" insert "registered with the board as an auricular detoxification specialist supervisor" and after the period, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "A".



8. On page 4, line 16, after "telephone" insert "to a practicing auricular detoxification specialist.".



9. On page 4, strike lines 17 through 19 and strike line 20 through the period.



10. On page 5, line 17, after "supervising" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 through "outcomes".



11. On page 5, line 21, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may be required to".



12. On page 5, line 22, after "fee" insert "pursuant to a rule of the board".



13. On page 6, line 21, strike "tabulation and analysis of treatment outcomes".
