HOUSE BILL 665, as amended



has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 3, line 5, before the colon insert "but not limited to".



2. On page 3, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new paragraph to read:



"(4) a dental hygienist;"



3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.



4. On page 3, between lines 20 and 21 insert the following new paragraph to read:



"(17) pharmacist;".
