1. On page 1, line 20, strike the second occurrence of "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

2. On page 1, line 22, after "plan" insert "or school buildings and essential equipment costing ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more and having a life expectancy of ten years or more".

3. On page 1, line 24, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

4. On page 1, line 24, after "expansions" insert "or school buildings and essential equipment costing ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more and having a life expectancy of ten years or more".

5. On page 2, line 1, after "improvements" insert "or school buildings and essential equipment costing ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more and having a life expectancy of ten years or more".

6. On page 2, line 5, after "improvements" insert "or school buildings and essential equipment costing ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more and having a life expectancy of ten years or more".
