AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATIONS TO CHILDREN IN NEW MEXICO.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section l. One hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for the purpose of providing immunizations to children who attend any public, private, home or parochial school in New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
