1. On page 2, line 16, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "has been reviewed by the capitol buildings planning commission and has been".

2. On page 2, line 18, strike "certifies" and insert in lieu thereof "has certified".

3. On page 3, line 1, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "has been".

4. On page 3, line 2, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

5. On page 3, line 3, strike "certifies" and insert in lieu thereof "has certified" and strike the period and insert in lieu thereof:

"and, in the case of a renovation or maintenance of an existing structure, the renovation or maintenance has been reviewed by the capitol buildings planning commission.".
