AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MATCHING FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT THE TWENTY COMMUNITY NATIONAL FORESTRY PLAN PROJECTS IN CATRON COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 for the purpose of providing matching funds to implement the twenty community national forestry plan projects in Catron county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
