AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE BOARD OF FINANCE TO REPAY AN EMERGENCY LOAN TO GRANT COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-four thousand nine hundred dollars ($164,900) is appropriated from the general fund to the state board of finance for expenditure in fiscal year 2004 to repay an emergency loan provided to Grant county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general fund.
