has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, after "conduct" insert a colon and the subparagraph designation "(a)".

2. On page 2, line 10, after the semicolon insert "or".

3. On page 2, line 11, strike "(3) implement" and insert in lieu thereof the subparagraph designation "(b)".

4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

5. On page 2, line 14, strike "(a)" and insert in lieu thereof the item designation "1)".

6. On page 2, line 16, strike "(b)" and insert in lieu thereof the item designation "2)".

7. On page 2, line 19, strike "(c)" and insert in lieu thereof the item designation "3)".

8. On page 2, line 22, after "conduct" insert a colon and the subparagraph designation "(a)".

9. On page 2, line 24, after the semicolon insert "or".

10. On page 2, line 25, strike "(5)" and insert the subparagraph designation "(b)".

11. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

12. On page 3, line 24, after "for" insert "revising,".

13. On page 5, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection:

"D. If the funding is insufficient for all the initiatives in this section, the department shall prioritize the initiatives in conjunction with the appropriate legislative interim committee.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
