has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. Strike House Government and Urban Affairs Committee Amendment No. 5.



2. On page 3, line 13, strike "as per" and insert in lieu thereof "according to".



3. On page 3, line 23, strike "as per" and insert in lieu thereof "according to".



4. On page 4, line 9, strike "and".



5. On page 4, line 11, strike the period and quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".



4. On page 4, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new subsection



"D. hold a high school diploma or the equivalent."."



5. On page 6, line 16, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".
