HOUSE BILL 383, as amended



has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. Strike Voters and Elections Committee Amendment 2.



2. On page 10, lines 6 through 9, strike all underscored material and insert in lieu thereof "It is unlawful for any information required on the certificate of registration to be copied, conveyed or used by anyone other than the person registering to vote, either before or after it is filed with the county clerk, except by elections administrators for purposes of the registration process.".
