has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 25, line 3, after "within" insert a colon.

2. On page 25, line 4, strike "seventy-five" and insert in lieu thereof:

"(a) fifty-five".

3. On page 25, lines 4 and 5, strike the colon and the subparagraph designation "(a)".

4. On page 25, line 9, after the subparagraph designation "(b)" insert "seventy-five days of the date of the claim for refund of".
