SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to HOUSE BILL 282, as amended

1. On page 8, line 16, after "year" strike the remainder of the line and on line 17, strike "individual" and insert in lieu thereof:

"or an individual who is physically present in this state for one hundred eighty-five days or more during the taxable year; but any individual, other than someone who was physically present in the state for one hundred eighty-five days or more during the taxable year,".
