1. On page 4, line 7, after "insurance" insert "and the workers' compensation administration".

2. On page 4, line 16, strike "the safety of" and insert in lieu thereof "a safety plan for".

3. On page 4, line 20, strike "superintendent of insurance" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation administration".

4. On page 5, line 13, strike "by an employer to" and insert in lieu thereof "to the employer from".

5. On page 5, line 21, strike "Section" and insert in lieu thereof "Sections" and before "NMSA" insert "and 52-1-61".

7. On page 6, lines 15 through 19, remove the bracket and line-through.

8. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

9. On page 7, line 5, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "In an advisory role only to participate in the rulemaking process, the".

10. On page 7, line 6, strike "the following" and strike line 7 up to the colon.
