SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 259, as amended

1. On page 1, line 22, strike "all debt service required" and insert in lieu thereof "the remaining balance in the fund will be sufficient".

2. On page 1, line 23, after "issued" insert "or authorized to be issued".

3. On page 1, line 24, strike "is fulfilled for" and insert in lieu thereof "in".

4. On page 1, line 24, strike the comma and after "2004" strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "through".
